Zoom Integration
You can now attach a Zoom follow-up call directly inside the proposal editor. Click the Zoom Call button in the quick actions toolbar, pick a time slot, and the invite link is embedded in the proposal automatically.

Automatic Chase-Up Reminders
Proposals that haven't been opened after 3 days now trigger an automatic, branded reminder to the client. No manual action required. You can disable this per-proposal from the proposal settings panel.
Other improvements
- Export to XLSX now includes individual line items with quantity columns.
- Proposal loading time reduced by ~40% on large documents.
- Fixed a bug where e-signature timestamps displayed the wrong timezone.
