By creating an account, accessing, or using Nimblo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. Nimblo is a B2B Software-as-a-Service platform designed to automate proposal generation from meeting transcripts.

Nimblo utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (including models provided by Anthropic and OpenAI) to process your uploaded or webhook-integrated meeting transcripts (e.g., via Fireflies.ai) and generate business proposals.
User Responsibility
AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content, including pricing, variables, and legal terms, before sending any proposal to a client.
No Liability for Outcomes
Nimblo provides the software to draft and deliver proposals. We are not liable for any financial losses, lost business, or legal disputes arising from errors in the proposals, unfulfilled contracts, or misunderstandings between you and your clients.
Payments and Stripe Connect Integration

Nimblo offers integration with Stripe Connect to allow you to collect payments directly from your clients upon proposal acceptance.
Platform Role
Nimblo acts solely as a technological facilitator. We are not a payment processor, bank, or party to the financial transaction between you and your client.
Disputes
Any payment disputes, refund requests, or chargebacks are strictly between you and your client. Nimblo bears no responsibility for failed, fraudulent, or disputed transactions.

Nimblo operates on a seat-based subscription model (Free, Lite, Pro, Enterprise).
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if your account falls into arrears or if you violate our Fair Use Policy (e.g., attempting to reverse-engineer the API, sharing single-seat accounts, or generating illegal content).

Your Data
You retain full ownership of all templates, transcripts, client data, and generated proposals you create using Nimblo. You grant Nimblo a limited license to host, process, and display this content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Platform
Nimblo retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform itself, including its UI, branding, and proprietary codebase.
