Zoom Integration

Connect Zoom to Nimblo and let your clients schedule follow-up calls directly from a proposal — no back-and-forth emails needed.

Connect Zoom via OAuth

Go to the Integrations page inside your Nimblo workspace and click "Connect" next to Zoom. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection via secure OAuth 2.0. If you are not the organisation owner, ask them to complete this step — the integration is connected at the organisation level.

Link your personal Zoom account

Once Zoom is connected at the organisation level, each team member needs to link their own Zoom account. Head to the Team page, find your profile, and click "Connect Zoom". This maps your Nimblo identity to your personal Zoom user so that meetings are scheduled under your name.

Schedule calls from the proposal editor

With both steps complete, open any proposal in the editor. In the quick actions toolbar, press the "Zoom Call" button. Nimblo will generate a Zoom meeting link and automatically attach it to the proposal — your client can join directly from the document.

Disconnecting Zoom

Remove for the entire organisation

To fully disconnect Zoom from your workspace, you or your organisation owner must go to the Integrations page and click "Disconnect" next to Zoom. This will remove the integration for all team members.

Unlink only your personal account

If you want to disconnect only your own Zoom account without affecting the rest of the team, head to the Team page. Find your profile card and click the unlink icon — this removes the connection for your account only.

Removing the App & Data Handling

To remove the Nimblo app directly from your Zoom account:

  1. 1Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. 2Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for "Nimblo".
  3. 3Click Remove.

How your data is handled upon removal

Upon removal, Nimblo will immediately revoke all access to your Zoom account and permanently delete your integration access tokens. Please note that to maintain the integrity of your document history, any previously generated Zoom Meeting URLs and Meeting IDs that are already attached to existing proposals will be retained in your Nimblo database.

Troubleshooting & Common Issues

Cannot connect Zoom (Admin Approval Required)

If you receive an error or cannot authorize the app during the initial setup, your Zoom organization may require admin pre-approval for third-party apps. Please contact your Zoom Account Administrator and ask them to approve Nimblo in the Zoom App Marketplace.

"Zoom Call" button is missing or fails to generate a link

Ensure that you have successfully linked your personal Zoom account on the Team page. If it is linked but still failing, your access token might have expired — try clicking the unlink icon on your profile card and reconnecting it.
