Nimblo acts as a proxy between your data and third-party foundational AI models (such as Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT) via their official, paid enterprise APIs.
No Model Training
Your data is never used to train AI models. We strictly utilize zero-data-retention policies. Your prompts, templates, meeting transcripts, and generated proposals are not used to train Nimblo's internal systems, the Base44 infrastructure, or the foundational models of OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
Encryption
All data transmitted to these APIs is encrypted in transit and processed securely.

When you upload client data or transcripts to Nimblo, you act as the Data Controller, and Nimblo acts as the Data Processor. You have the right to:

Download your proposals and account data at any time (JSON, PDF, DOCX).
Deletion
Request the complete deletion of your account and all associated transcripts and proposals. Upon deletion, data is permanently purged from our active servers and subsequent backups.
Revoke Access
Disconnect any third-party integrations from your dashboard at any time.
